To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近年吸引大批香港人北上消費令香港飲食業生意暴跌原兇,稻香肯定係表表者,從點餐到煲水完全自助,叫人冇人應,但居然夠膽收加一,近期仲要換埋個低能新煲水壺,要完全冇晒水先可以自動加水,茶壺又細,一至兩個人少可能問題不大,人多基本上要不停煲水忙過不停,要碟辣椒油居然都冇,只有辣椒漿,食物味道再好都好難幫襯
