做到年廿九,收爐前食返餐團年飯先。「食開嘅飯腳」又係要自己scan QR code落單,我對呢個發明就真係麻麻地,其實橫掂侍應都行咗過嚟啦,落埋單咪得囉,一係佢就全部自動化。我哋分別嗌咗小籠包、上海粗炒、四喜烤麩、肴肉、熏蛋仲有紅油抄手同埋甜品高力豆沙及豆沙鍋餅。小籠包一籠五隻一上枱已經有幾隻穿咗饀,流晒啲汁出嚟。失敗😳其實我有啲抗拒叫四喜烤麩,因為平時媽媽喺屋企都會整,(因為阿媽係上海人)不過我都知呢個諗法好自私,人哋屋企冇得食㗎嘛,本身另外個同事仲想嗌炒年糕㗎,好彩最尾側側膊冇嗌到😝嗌咗上海粗炒(咁啱琴日先食完,今晚返去仲有一餐隔夜,同埋其實平時間唔中佢都會煮嚟食)肴肉平時我都唔係好食㗎,因為個質感有啲怪,凍咗嘅鹹啫喱,本身我對啫喱冇乜好感。不過今日我都食咗成三四件😵‍💫燻蛋亦都係一樣,煙燻嘅食物其實我又係麻麻地,佢呢度做都唔夠入味,入面淡茂茂!至於紅油抄手同埋上海粗炒就普普通通冇乜特別囉! 甜品方面高力豆沙就不過不失啦,反而個豆沙鍋餅就真係令人失望😮‍💨完全好似冇炸過咁,求其煎兩煎就算數!一啲香脆嘅口感都冇,失敗之中嘅失敗。今餐真係好一般,彈多過讚🥴
