To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我今日三時多和兒子到洛克道151號一樓,大家樂買下午茶,要兩個细义燒飯拼雞翼飲可樂,起初以為同一類餐可以一齊打飛,原來不可以,但收銀員,好像很不耐煩,態度很差講,要逐個打飛,後來我要多個雞比拼雪菜肉絲湯米飲可樂,但係我唔記得講全部係外賣,那個紮髻的收銀,態度再一度惡劣,唔係在這裏吃嗎,跟住在單上畫交义,我也是做飲食業,也知道做收銀、樓面,一日要面對很多客人,受很多氣,但係不應該發洩在其他人身上,雖然我係做茶餐廳,我也經常光顧,以經二十多年
