To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本個天落雨，加上要趕住返工，求奇來呢度食午餐，11:30後兩個收銀變成一個人負責，服務又慢，加上聽錯野原本叫個P20節瓜枝竹排骨飯，佢聽左P2墨西哥雜扒唉，呢個都算，唔同佢嘈（因趕住返工，想食啲嘢）去到拿食物，排左成五分鐘先到我，拿張單比服務員，之後廚房做野好慢，幾乎錯漏百出，又等左成五分鐘先可以拿個份雜扒，超不開心去到餐桌，幾乎每張桌子都有餐盆未收，搞到人地不知坐邊度好，清潔阿姐得一個，又要包外賣，又要執桌子最離譜就係都冇外賣包，都仲企係到不執枱食咁多間大家樂，呢個超不掂
