To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 毫无人情味！同我以往去的大家乐完全不一样！自从转了叫号取餐之后一直没有进步！服务一直跟不上！员工挂着聊天！身穿经理制服的女仕带头说地方方言！不是忘记给牛油、就是忘记给糖、甚至乎餐具也没给！太失望！不是鄰近大快活裝修，也不前来！

鹹蛋黃雖然膽固醇高，同時實在好好味，不論魚皮、薯片、炸雞、黃金蝦等都非常受歡迎，我也是十分喜愛鹹蛋黃。.看到大家樂有這款鹹蛋黃汁滑蛋叉燒焗飯，集齊我所有喜歡的元素於一身，鹹蛋黃、滑蛋、叉燒和焗飯，所以好興奮地叫了。.🎈鹹蛋黃汁滑蛋叉燒焗飯 $50⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 (3.5分)如果純粹計食物味道是都可以，亦算幾好味，芝士面夠多，我比較鍾意這個汁夠多，叉燒不會太肥。.同時如果以鹹蛋黃汁命名，原來是我沒看清楚，只是鹹蛋黃汁，而不是鹹蛋黃，沒有鹹蛋黃碎粒之外，不論聞落去或食落去，我都不太覺得有鹹蛋黃味，鹹味是有的，沒有那種鹹蛋黃特別的香味和惹味。.我會更喜歡大家樂的焗豬扒飯。

係中環搵食好講時間段，呢間大家樂向來是快食之選。由於輪轉快，保證有位坐。姐姐服務態度好。唯一缺點是落單姐姐成日聽錯嘢，凍奶茶十次有九次會落錯凍檸茶。是日試左芝士焗肉醬意粉，味道ok，意粉略嫌林得滯，連凍飲53蚊，係中環，算係咁上下。
