To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次在大家乐吃就遇到这么差的招待。印象非常深刻。 到今天想到都会超级不爽的!  我在一旁和家人看了菜单,做了决定后, 就到柜台点单。 我点了火锅, 那收银员就问了我要什么汤底。 第一次吃当然不知道有什么汤底, 就问了她。 收银员从头到尾摆了个臭脸就算了, 她还以很不爽、无礼的语气跟我讲:"很明显我们这里只有两种汤底啦" 听了简直翻白眼。 什么态度啊 真是的… 要不是我当时超饿, 我一定讲回她再转身离开。  第一次来到香港就遇到挺多霸道、没礼貌的人。 这位收银员就是其中一位了。 一整天去了海洋公园,原本很开心的但晚上都被这位小姐搞砸。食物方面还不错, 但下一次不会再来了。 可能会去别间。 It was my first time visiting Café de Coral (next to Mongkok Station Exit B2). It was my first time visiting Café de Coral (next to Mongkok Station Exit B2). After browsing through the menu, my family and I decided to have the mini hot pot set. When I was placing my order at the cashier asked me which soup base I prefer in her sour face. It's my first time there so I asked her what soup base they have. Instead of replying the two soup base they have, she pointed at the table of the counter and said in an annoyingly rude manner, "Obviously we only have two types of soup base here laa".  I was really disturbed by her attitude (sour face + annoying tone) and wanted to tell her off and just walk away, but I was really hungry and tired. So I just continued with my order and paid for it. It's my first visit to HK but I've come across a number of rude people. This cashier was one of them. Food wise, the mini steamboat set was not bad, but I don't think I'll come back to this restaurant. Or maybe I'll try other branches next time.
