本身去登龍街係想食拉麵,但見到上海呢2隻字後,就轉左軑,變左想食小炒而上海菜一直係我心中都有比較高既排名,覺得係比較講究而且對功力有要求既菜式由於已經係晚市(再夜少少)既關係,招牌菜銀芽炒鱔鰗已經賣完,好傷心幸好,之後叫既兩款菜都出乎意料咁好食蔥爆羊肉賣相無咩特別,但羊肉同蔥既比例,竟然去到3:1,我真心驚訝 (因為平時出去食,食左幾舊羊肉就已經無咩剩)真係好抵好抵好抵食!味道仲要係好,羊肉夠SO,夠嫩滑,並唔UN而蔥爆得香之餘,並唔燶,可以好安心咁食好多 (其實蔥爆開後係好香架,唔好哂!糖醋排骨菜飯個醬汁調得幾好,比坊間既略酸少少,味道更出同惹味排骨都無咩挑剔位,多肉,炸得又係剛好,所以肉汁都保留到食完呢兩款小炒,更令我想返黎試招牌菜-銀芽炒鱔鰗!!!

食完呢兩款小炒,更令我想返黎試招牌菜-銀芽炒鱔鰗!!!
