To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「Crap」在字典裏與「Shit」意思差不多，洋人出甚麼事故，要不說「Oh shit」或者「Oh crap」。將餐廳改名為Crap令人大惑不解，為了滿足自己的獵奇心理，這天早上我踏上旅途尋找這間石門石門工廈區內第一間開業的咖啡店。咖啡店門口除了招牌和營業時間之外，沒有額外資訊。推門進入，我發現裏面空間雖小，樓底好高，也不乏捧場客。幾年前咖啡店被人質疑工廈食堂做外人生意，所以老闆比較低調。我坐在吧枱上點菜，吧枱是老闆用北京古老木門改裝而成。咖啡店上餐快捷，幾分鐘就將我的全日早餐和澳式咖啡(Flat White)送到。咖啡熱騰騰，不過味道一般，啡味較淡。全日早餐賣$60，除了一些基本材料(炒蛋、腸仔、火腿、焗豆、沙律)之外，食客可以自己選擇麵包，有厚多士、鬆餅、牛角包、竹炭包和香蕉班戟可供選擇。我選擇了咖啡店自家製的竹炭包，賣相確實跟一舊炭沒兩樣。竹炭包未至於淡而無味，不過搽上少許牛油可能更美味。Flat White 加$15All-day Breakfast $60
