To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原打算來探舊朋友的，坐落才知原來已是太興附屬集團，雖改朝換代，但高興見到幾位老伙計仍笑面迎人的招呼著客人，似乎一切依舊，就叫了魚粥看看水準如何。靚姐還是那麼的健談，記得自己喜歡吃魚膘，笑言仲有魚膘，於是就叫碗魚膘豬潤粥，又是吃粽子時候，又要了水晶粽作甜品。粥依舊夠熱，粥底綿有魚湯熬出的甜味，魚膘是新派做法，無爆炒過，看得出店方對自己出品信心，外衣爽嫩內裡黏腍，好吃，豬潤是黃沙潤，質素好，但過熟，仍是吃得過的味道。水晶粽水準依然，軟糯的鹼水糯配起調過的蜜糖汁，甜美好吃，但餡卻換作芝麻醬，味道似乎有點突戛。埋單五十五元，轉了手但風味如一，仍是靠得住，與經理閒聊一會，似乎是太興獨立運作的部門，或者遲下可能在九龍區吃到靠得住？
