To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

改用機械人啦

次次來這間三哥食晏，都要等15分鐘以上，所以返工返學已經唔敢來。今日見係周末，就想同屋企人去三哥簡簡單單來食碗麵。之前一直以為上菜慢係因為太多外賣。點知今日足足等咗20幾分鐘，期間睇住個廚房只出到兩碗麵同一個外賣，全場連飲品都欠奉。其中一碗麵在我張檯，我哋想等埋其他嘢食再share,點知等到碗麵凍都未等到另外的食物。我三次舉手想叫阿姐攞幾隻碗分來食住先。點知個個阿姐一係當睇唔到，一係講句“轉頭幫你”就掉頭走。其實阿姐咁唔想撈，這家店佈局又非常適合用機械人。會否考慮改用QR code落單，用機械人派嘢食？碗筷呢D，擺出來自助就可，我都唔想問勿演阿姐攞囉，食到我一肚氣！
