To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本在找「蟹增棧」晚飯,遇上「住家菜」,見門外食客不少,餐牌種類亦多,與女友決定一試,剛好有兩坐位,不用等。^_^ 菜式主要是粵菜,蔬菜、海鮮、肉類、湯水種類齊備。點了金銀蒜蒸海虎蝦、瑞士汁墨魚片、蒜茸炒荳苗,上菜比較慢,約10多分鐘才來了虎蝦(蒸餸反而最快),味道不錯,蝦肉亦新鮮,但蒸得過熟,肉質較實。接著來是墨魚片,味道十分好,瑞士汁不會有太甜陋習,墨魚片相當薄切,爽口入味,墊低更有洋蔥,配合瑞士汁,好食!蒜茸炒荳苗不過不失,餐後送糖水(渣渣),完滿一餐,整體不俗,唯獨環境超嘈吵。 觀察隣桌皆有點例湯(蘋果雪梨豬骨湯),一人份亦大大碗,下次要試。
