前工廈改裝、今年開幕、近屋企... Why not蒜香四季豆  (涼菜)四季豆清甜脆綠,口感爽脆,蒜香味突出。鮮肉小籠包上枱時外型飽滿。夾起包頂皮不易穿破。食落口即 "爆汁"。湯汁非常燙熱,小心,小心。韮黃炒蛋表面感覺有點 Overcooked, 幸好內裡嫩滑。韮黃份量夠多,啖啖爽脆。椒鹽豬排骨豬肉肥瘦比例尚算適中。配合炸蒜、辣椒、香蔥同食,惹味無比。桂花拉糕上海菜中我最喜愛的甜品。口感QQ 的,彈彈的,軟糯的。配合桂花糖漿同食,基本上我一個人可以 KO 四件。窗邊卡位有居高臨下城市夜景,建議預先訂座。
