To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為大圍街坊，附近嘅食肆幫襯過唔小，新翠商埸嘅韓國食店、hk達人都食過，眼見salala於晚餐時間人客單薄和朋友食過嘅負評，dinner總是不會把它作為選擇之一。今天又做無飯煮婦，老公話不如試下salala啦。我心諗：OK, 係伏都係一次啫。去到都係人小小咁，所以坐得都幾舒服~😅 望過餐牌一心揀二人餐，二餸一湯加碟炒飯，收158, 平過茶記價錢啦。先出場係個甜酸骨，入口第一個感覺係，E…唔熱嘅！但細嚐之後，發覺外皮還帶點脆，甜酸味道適中，都幾好味喎。再黎個魚頭豆腐湯，嘩，細煲仔上，仲要湯料十足，只是略嫌過咸，否則有80分！跟住仲有個肉餅和炒飯，做得中上。炒飯帶點泰式風味，才醒起自己是在東南亞食肆食飯呢~😋整體來說，這餐雖然似是一餐中餐，但質素中上，服務良好，CP值高！我和老公都話要多D幫襯，因看這裡的人流，怕步上手新翠小厨(結業)後塵啊🙊

今天又做無飯煮婦，老公話不如試下salala啦。我心諗：OK, 係伏都係一次啫。去到都係人小小咁，所以坐得都幾舒服~😅 望過餐牌一心揀二人餐，二餸一湯加碟炒飯，收158, 平過茶記價錢啦。
先出場係個甜酸骨，入口第一個感覺係，E…唔熱嘅！但細嚐之後，發覺外皮還帶點脆，甜酸味道適中，都幾好味喎。
再黎個魚頭豆腐湯，嘩，細煲仔上，仲要湯料十足，只是略嫌過咸，否則有80分！
跟住仲有個肉餅和炒飯，做得中上。炒飯帶點泰式風味，才醒起自己是在東南亞食肆食飯呢~😋
整體來說，這餐雖然似是一餐中餐，但質素中上，服務良好，CP值高！我和老公都話要多D幫襯，因看這裡的人流，怕步上手新翠小厨(結業)後塵啊🙊
