Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對這店抗拒的原因與每間店外也掛著老闆如區議員般的宣傳照片有很大關係.店內的宣傳語句,食品的名稱及員工的制服就像把內地的宣傳管理模式帶到香港以的.在這店的門外走過不下數百次也沒有進去坐下的衝動,這天因友人一句"其實佢D麻辣都OK"便獻出了第一次!望著餐牌在不知吃什麼好的情況下選了這個陣容有如過橋米線的十八會.十八會---選了上海粗麵及大麻辣湯底.賣相是差了一點,就像全部烚熟來個大兜亂一樣!先呷一口湯,和譚仔比較的話是剛好相反!辣味來得比較輕,麻的感覺重一點.配料大部份是普通的行貨,比較好的是雪藏雞肉用上比較滑的雞脾肉,豬肚吃起來爽爽的口感不錯.原來咽韌上海粗麵與麻辣湯底是不錯的組合.雖未至於一試鐘情,但起碼沒有了抗拒的感覺也是一件好事.
