To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近日同事常常提起要食蠔，令我也心痒痒！現在有供應蠔的酒店自助餐已經很少，突然想起此店。在酒店的網上，竟然可以成功訂枱，欣喜萬分！蠔是來自紐西蘭，肉厚、滑溜、creamy, 不太鹹！第一推介！牡丹蝦晶瑩剔透，味道鮮甜！第二推介！龍蝦也是任食的，肉質較乾！這里有四種芝士選擇，首推Brie cheese, 又軟又滑！芝士味甚濃！環境舒適！侍應服務也很周到！
