To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身疫情大家都work from home，但可惜今日工作緣故唔出屋企唔得。做完野都7點又費時買野番屋企慢慢煮，都係出去快食個晚餐算喇。Hysan 個 food court 係整體實行限桌令，即係由商場中央管理量體溫，同將大部分檯變成面向單面嘅自閉檯。講番野食，便當好台車火車便當嘅感覺，款式都算多。今日揀左個鹽酥雞便當，雞炸得香口。另外大腸包小腸，佢個整法同夜市有少少唔同。夜市嘅可能外賣包裝，無咁多配料。呢個堂食版就有配料有醬汁，又係另一風味。
