To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日返工唔係幾順利，所以即興約左2個朋友去有得飲酒既地方，喺openrice search到幾近公司就揀左呢間～其實無咩expectation, 但估唔到都幾高質首先個店面就好靚，好似置身喺個酒筒入面咁，Bar果一邊陳列左好多酒，感覺好壯觀！另外店入面既座位舒服，枱數唔多唔會好迫，service都好好👍🏻每枱客人既需要都照顧到！我同朋友們點左一個Sour punch同一罐特色酒叫做Kamehameha, 即係龍珠入面既龜波氣功咁解😂😂朋友覺得個名幾有趣，所以叫黎試下，都幾易入口酸酸甜甜咁，唔錯～當晚係weekday, happy hour叫手工酒有8折～唔錯都抵飲！頭盤方面，我地叫左個Whiskey漬蜜桃煎鴨胸，whiskey同蜜桃既味出奇地夾，鴨胸都鮮嫩有水準！主食叫左一個海鮮青口蟹肉海膽rissotto, 好鮮味既海鮮，調味好好味，飯都口感唔錯！另外叫左一個Casky Pizza, 不過唔記得左影相，味道都唔錯！之後店長姐姐有介紹是日甜品，記憶中係有啲養生成分既cheese cake(?) 個味道唔會太甜，甜度恰到好處，cheese就入口即化，朋友都讚好好食！總一個結，呢間餐廳既服
