又係一星期一度同媽媽出街食飯既日子(大個女就係甘,呢d錢唔慳得),媽媽話想食放題,就決定帶佢去朋友介紹既築地番本。跟住地址,原來都唔易搵,差少少就去錯。坐低後見到放題紙成本書甘厚,睇見都興奮。好快野食就上枱了,熟食味道不過不失。壽司刺身睇落已經好輪睇頭,壽司細細件握得好靚,魚生表面有光澤好新鮮。壽司當中最吸引係小小既卷物,細細件易入口又唔飽,可以食多幾件。佢地既壽司飯都高質,小小酸,唔鬆散。卷物方面都好有心思,有唔同既配搭,每一款都有驚喜。最鍾意係芝士鰻魚卷,鰻魚味道甜甜無腥味,芝士香濃入口creamy,正。刺身當中,甜蝦有頭大大隻,好夠睇頭,而且入口鮮甜。三文魚係媽媽最愛,佢都幾滿意。我最鍾意就係油甘魚,佢地用左腩位厚切,十分肥美。一口咬落,滿滿既魚油溢出,鮮甜既魚味充滿口腔,食完後仲有魚油既香味充滿住,十分滿足。食到差唔多後就有另一重頭戲-帽子戲法。帽子下面係一係粥底既蒸爐,將自選既海鮮放0係爐面,放上帽子。粥既蒸氣會將上層既海鮮蒸熟,同時上層海鮮既精華會流落下層既粥底。打開帽子,蒸熟既海鮮香氣四溢,入口鮮甜。但重頭戲原來係最後既粥底,軟綿綿既粥底吸收哂海鮮既精華,雖然係入口只有白
