位於銅鑼灣嘅日本燒肉餐廳,聽店員講本身係做高級日本單點燒肉,雖然而家親民啲做咗放題認識,但係佢肉類嘅質素一啲都冇低到,性價比非常之高!講下佢地主打嘅牛肉先!有安格斯封門柳、安格斯肩胛脊肉、安格斯翼板肉、美國牛仔骨、壽喜燒汁封門柳等等。個人幾鍾意佢嘅香蔥薄牛舌同秘製牛肋條,牛舌雖然薄身,但燒完之後有入口即溶嘅感覺。牛肋條唔會食到有筋,好有咬口。其他肉類方面,日本豚五花肉、豚肩肉、美國極黑豬頸肉、豚肉眼、雞腿肉等等,亦都有雞皮、雞腎串同羊腩排,除咗牛肉之外,豬肉雞肉同羊肉都有得食,好少放題嘅會做到咁多種選擇。個人最推介雞皮同雞腎串,平時出去居酒屋要食一串都幾十蚊,而且仲可以根據返自己平時鍾意嘅生熟程度去燒!除咗高質嘅肉類之外,呢度嘅小食沙律都好出色,一啲都唔馬虎。海苔薯條會令人一啖接一啖咁食,唔會過咸。唐揚雞軟骨同唐揚炸一口豆腐比較香口嘅小食,唔會好油膩,份量適中。枝豆可以幫助解膩,味道適中。玉子燒偏甜,中和返燒肉嘅飽滯感。
