To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友好想食放題，於是黎到殿大喜屋最主要睇中佢個海膽手卷☺️最鐘意食日本海膽😆而且手卷新鮮又好甜好味道我地仲叫左刺身拼盤（自選）😆有三文魚蟹腳帶子拖羅等等,食材都好新鮮，大讚海哲好味另外仲有好多熟食選擇，由於好鐘意食鵝肝，我地叫左鵝肝多士同藍莓汁鵝肝，藍莓汁鵝肝好好味，食左3舊😆仲有個避風塘生蠔同醉鮑魚都好高質☺️最重點，朋友好鐘意食榴連，拎左一大碗榴連蓉同炸榴連，佢話好耐未試過咁滿足😌今次可以榴連自由😆另外我地其實都食左好多其他野，牛柳粒牛舌翠玉瓜蟹粥天婦羅冷盤等等，基本上質素都比較高，難怪咁多人排隊自助區我見有乳豬，叉燒，燒腩仔，大閘蟹等提供，不過今次太遲先到，已經無晒大閘蟹食，下次唯有早啲黎☺️
