今日因公事走入西貢,一個甚少踏足的地方.....由早忙碌至黃昏,頻撲了一整天,終於忙完了!周圍逛逛,見到間好高貴華麗的餐廳,感覺舒適,就被吸引了。內裏蠻有情調,四處放了美酒和油畫,還有牆上的壁燈,裝潢華麗。只有數張二至六人枱和兩張高枱,還有一個水吧,座位不多,但樓底高,空間感足。看看a la carte menu,分有湯、前菜、海鮮、主菜、意大利粉、伴菜和甜品。******************先上餐前包($0),熱烘烘,陣陣香草香,微脆軟熟,不用塗上牛油已很美味。******************點了兩款湯,先嚐干邑龍蝦湯 Lobster Soup ($68),味道不算很香濃,但勝在有件彈牙的龍蝦肉。另一款黑松露野菌忌廉湯 Cream of Mushroom w/Black Truffle ($68)較討我倆歡喜。散發着黑松露的幽香,入口香滑,啖啖菇菌香,味道濃郁,不錯!******************主菜我當然揀魚,點了一份香煎比目魚拼大蝦 Pan-fried Halibut ($238)。大大塊比目魚扒,肉質有點散爛,味道一般,但肉嫩兼油潤,若然魚皮是香脆會較吸引;大蝦挺
