上星期收到七里湘o既試食邀請,問問男友有冇興趣,佢答有,雖然大部份都係辣o既菜色, 但我都決定試,並揀o左o係大前日(22-11-2014 Sat)晚上試.我同男友早半個鐘上去,店方安排o左一間有一張圓枱o既房俾我o地,我o地係第一個到,所以都先影吓相,如果呢o度那部座地式冷氣機,簡直似o係大陸.同男友先飲啖茶,隻茶好特別好清香,唔係普洱,唔係鐵觀音,又唔係烏龍等,之後我o地o係食隻中途問負責人,負責人答係黑糯米, 真係超好飲啊.夠鐘喇,可以試菜,同我o地一齊試菜o既,重有兩位年輕食家,店方放低幾樽自家釀製o既米酒,奶白色o既米酒味道微甜,好易入口.正式試菜,先食三味前菜,有:1. 口味牛筋一放低時,大家睇個樣都話似海蜇,好彩店方之前有send menu俾我o地,所以知道係牛筋.呢隻牛筋唔會做到香港人咁咁腍,反而似橡筋咁,不過係o趙得爛o既橡筋,味道唔係好辣,但惹味,所以食完一件,會返轉頭再夾o黎食.問過負責人,呢種係湖南人食o既口感,咁香港人又可以食吓呢重口感o既牛筋喇.味道: 3.5分2. 蘸醬青瓜見到佢有辣椒,都知係辣,青瓜有拍開,口感爽脆,辣又唔係好辣,呢個都唔錯.味道: 3

同男友先飲啖茶,隻茶好特別好清香,唔係普洱,唔係鐵觀音,又唔係烏龍等,之後我o地o係食隻中途問負責人,負責人答係黑糯米,
真係超好飲啊.

夠鐘喇,可以試菜,同我o地一齊試菜o既,重有兩位年輕食家,店方放低幾樽自家釀製o既米酒,奶白色o既米酒味道微甜,好易入口.

一放低時,大家睇個樣都話似海蜇,好彩店方之前有send menu俾我o地,所以知道係牛筋.呢隻牛筋唔會做到香港人咁咁腍,反而似橡筋咁,不過係o趙得爛o既橡筋,味道唔係好辣,但惹味,所以食完一件,會返轉頭再夾o黎食.

問過負責人,呢種係湖南人食o既口感,咁香港人又可以食吓呢重口感o既牛筋喇.
味道: 3.5分

2. 蘸醬青瓜
見到佢有辣椒,都知係辣,青瓜有拍開,口感爽脆,辣又唔係好辣,呢個都唔錯.
味道: 3分

3. 湘味脆筍
佢同樣有辣椒o係o度,食落,又唔係好辣,但口感唔算脆,有啲失望.
味道: 2分

一路食一路等,好耐,個湯至到,見佢有好多西洋菜,湯o既味道偏淡,不過食o左咁多味濃同辣o野,飲呢啖湯係好舒服.

一端上o黎,嘩!!!!好香好多辣椒乾,顏色好靚,感覺應該好辣,但男友同另外一位食家先食,佢o地都話唔係好辣,重有啲甜味,係甜甜地o既辣.呢個o岩o岩炸起熱騰騰,唔單止食到甜辣,而且冇蓋到蝦o既鮮味,而我亦留意到,啲蝦o既size都好平均,唔會一隻大一隻細.

用鐵板上,一定係熱騰騰,端上o黎時,見佢切得好薄,擺得好整齊,原來佢o地將盤龍鱔o既概念,應用o係茄子上.

一端上o黎,鍋紅油, 心諗死喇,今次重唔辣死?我只可以食一粒,其他由食得辣o既男友同其中一位食家食晒吧.

螺大大粒,挑o左出o黎食,好新鮮,食到甜美又滑o既螺肉,但原來唔辣,係完全唔辣,得個樣喎.不過都係o個句,鍾意食辣o既人叫呢個會好失望.

睇個樣都冇乜點,香菜係芹荐,食落,第一口係冇乜事,但o趙落就知味道,好辣呀!辣到噴火,而且冇晒牛肉味,真係辣到入肉.呢個我o地覺得差o左啲,須要注意.

食落,粉絲竟然係爽脆,原來夾有白蘿蔔絲.而成個味道都唔太濃但都辣,因為有青椒;魚柳口感有啲過腍,而且係雪藏魚柳,所以冇鮮魚味.

個人覺得食呢啲用雪藏魚柳唔出奇,因為我會唔小心一大啖咬落去而被魚骨拮親.同樣,食o左辣o野食呢個就覺得好舒服,只要揀走啲青椒.

當職員放低呢個時,我都唔知係咩o黎,明明試食menu寫o既係糯米粉,我冇諗到會變o左係糯米飯.而呢個係用糯米包仕排骨,食落, 糯米滲滿肉香,煙煙韌韌咁,幾好食;而內裡o既排骨仍鬆軟且仍有肉汁,呢個唔錯,我一個人就食o左3粒.

我先試吓腊肉,佢唔同香港o個啲用五花腩咁有肥有瘦,佢只係瘦肉,食落,味道好鹹,但又唔係乾爭爭,不過呢個我冇乜點食,所以分數會比較中肯.不過男友食呢個就話如果有飯送就一流,佢唔知道下一個就係腊肉炒飯.

睇到乾身唔係好油,呢個落酸豆角去炒,我係第一次食酸豆角,覺得幾有趣,味道唔太鹹,可能有飯中和腊肉o既鹹味.

端上o黎時,負責人話呢晚冇窩窩頭,唯有用饅頭代替.

由於呢次唔係神秘試食,所以我呢篇食評o既所有味道分都減o左0.5分.

有時估錯辣定唔辣,有種故弄玄虛o既感覺.
