To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

效率奇低的分店

一向有幫襯不同的譚仔和三哥米線，但何文田廣場那一間由開始至現在外賣速度非常非常的慢。同一分店銅鑼灣分舖，客人比佢多，但一般10-15分鐘一定可以。相反何文田分店店內人唔多，又講到自己有幾忙有幾多外賣但係一睇號碼就知，一定唔夠人哋旺區的繁忙但外賣時間就double。同一區嘅三哥譚仔一樣都係10到15分鐘內幾本可以完成，所以應該唔係設施問題而係人嘅質素同訓練問題。打電話去問阿姐可唔可以快啲永遠都係聽到廢話。全店應該換人。
