To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早上本来是想到附近的 Pacific Coffee 吃早餐，可能假期关系，今天休息，只好找了 Delifrance 替代。正门不是太突出，没有招牌，不是熟客会很容易看漏眼。餐厅的环境颇为宽敞，卫生也做得不错，第一感觉已经有好印象。早上的套餐也不少选择，平均都是40多元，价格合理。付完款站在一旁等着，心想这种普通套餐应该是马上搞完，结果等了超过10分钟，如果赶着上班就真的很糟糕。餐的质量是可以的，牛角包够大，含很香的牛油香味，如果略为加热会更好吃。另外，鸡扒也是值得一赞，虽然有点儿小块，但肉质细嫩，而且十分入味，中间不会淡而无味。这种早餐是贵一点点，但还是在接受范围，希望日后效率能提高。
