入秋啦!雖則香港人一向都鍾意打邊爐但一踏入秋天食好似名正言順啲😂今次要介紹個高質邊爐比大家👏🏻食左以下幾樣野都高質:湯底係雜菜清湯($78)冇咁熱氣但私心推介花雕醉雞湯底仲好食活魚刺身 $時令價係油金魚刺身,佢比起好多壽司店都來得新鮮!唔會切到啲帶筋嘅位比我地,啖啖肉食得好爽!師傅刀工好好,好薄,碌熟黎食都得!手切肥牛+牛柳粒 $268 佢地全部都係用手切嘅本地肥牛,絕對唔係你見到係超級市場嘅個啲凍肉。脂肪同肉嘅比例十分好,唔會正係得啲肥膏冇肉食!而牛柳粒更加係超重牛肉味,全熟其實最好食,會好爽口又juicy ~雙拼餃子 $78必食嘅鮮蝦餃拼韭菜水餃,佢地係即包即煮, 皮薄餡靚爆曬汁!最愛韭菜餃因為夠香😍避風塘茶樹菇$58呢個茶樹菇唔會好油,啲蒜蓉炸得好香,成件事我覺得有口感過食白飯魚,飯前小吃一流
