尖沙咀係中高價火鍋競爭最激烈既戰場之一,要係尖沙咀佔一席位真係唔係易事,除左要有質素外,好多鋪頭都裝修到好有特色。今日食既敘亨軒無好特別既裝修,簡單既火鍋店格局,主打既係質素,同價錢合宜。頭盤我哋叫左加拿大象拔蚌刺身,大大條夠哂成圍人食,刺身簿身爽脆,味道鮮甜,真係越食越上癮,而且價錢均真,個象拔蚌膽仲可以做成椒鹽,又係一道極品下酒菜。來到火鍋店重點梗係打邊爐,呢度既沙嗲湯底同胡椒豬肚花甲湯比較推薦,前者味濃,後者鮮甜,各有所長。呢度既手切特級肥牛肉味濃,雪花紋路相當漂亮,而且份量好足,大盤都係300零,性價比好高,其他菜式都好有質素,值得推介! continue reading
