To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天和舊同事和舊老闆午敍.考慮舊老闆的要求,想他要多點私隱的地方晉餐,又要考慮他們從office出發不會太遠和不濕身(因為今天下大雨),所以便冒險選擇這家從未光顧過的酒家.的確舊老闆很滿意(他是外籍人),無論對食物及環境.對我來說,實在是太少點心選擇.而且由編位太入,很難找到待應招呼,而且繁忙時間食物要等較長時間.幸而食物味道不錯,較適合商務午餐.價錢也算可以啦.
