對於酒店內中菜館我沒有去過多次,始終地道港人飲茶還是大街大巷『乜乜大酒樓』為多今回因為掃過後,避開人潮選擇上址也是其中之一..位於二樓紫粵軒,入口旁盡覽地面大廳、大廳亦擁有高樓底之氣派枱與枱之距離絕對令人有充足的私人空間家庭聚樂價錢已再不是題內話,放任的剔上點心紙、已是始刻的神性任務..圓圓潤潤之擂沙湯圓$30.小巧的一碟三個上枱至入口還有微暖的熱力,綠豆粉佈滿全身濃濃的芝麻不會太甜,令平平無其之糯米糰添上一份甜香、不俗熱氣騰騰的班肉菜苗餃$42.魚肉尚算飽滿,菜苗反而佔據不多入口分明,只是感覺外皮略嫌厚身些微、不作比較還是可取另一個黑松露野菌餃$76.陣陣松露醬包圍着整堆切碎雜菇之內香氣迫人,不過價錢亦進取得驚人、心善口潔,吃素不一定要矜貴試一次夠喉了一碟令立立蝦子鮮蝦腸粉$50.,講真蝦子味道就真的嚐不到但滑滑白腸粉無疑拉得不錯,入口幼滑無粉粉狀、粉醬調較恰好而這碟名為金絲炒米粉$168.亮點當然落於元貝拆絲再炸之矜貴身上大大隻蝦肉入口亦見爽口新鮮,最重要廚師落油恰當、吃畢全碟也不見油光滿碟最憎透就是那種端上枱但又不好意思退的食物..义燒包$38.對不起已開始無法消化太多麵粉之食物
