To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同好多人一樣, 通常D餐廳一係有驚喜、一係差到好離譜,我先會login 打個食評。今次美心真係比到我「驚喜」, 原來以為食燒味飯穩穩陣陣, 點知......唔知外賣唔洗排隊, 排個陣仲同個師父講, 义燒要半肥瘦, 點知個男仔答我: 全部义燒都差唔多!FINE! 打開個飯盒, 嚇親, 豬肉打直切, 連基本切功都唔識, 一咬, 乾到趙柴皮咁。油雞比雞翼, 斬到碎晒骨, 慘不忍睹。結果今餐主要都係薑蓉撈飯。
