To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 事情回帶至今年的六月，為咗某一啲緣故我同班同事決定食一餐豐盛嘅lunch！尖沙咀區雖然有好多選擇，不過我地最後都揀左牛角放題。因為眾所周知，牛角嘅放題係好難搵位，再加上以lunch嘅放題來講，個價錢又唔算好貴，仲要係燒肉！當然不得不提嘅就梗係牛角飯啦！我哋一份八個人，有男有女，應該都每人食超過兩碗或以上餐後感：天下無不散之筵席，尤其是經歷完呢個疫情，發覺所有嘢都會有最後一次，所以真係要享受當下，食得一次得一次
