最近有同事離職,買咗呦呦鹿鳴布丁燒,因為好好食同個造型好靚,印象深刻,今日路過銅鑼灣決定買返屋企當 tea。呢間店由一對夫婦開,佢哋特意去台灣學咗手藝,專做創意口味布丁燒。我今次咗佢哋嘅北海道3.7牛乳味,用咗北海道富良野生乳,真係有濃濃牛奶香味,食落去好香滑。之後又揀咗招牌椰爺布丁燒,蛋味香濃嘅布丁燒有淡淡椰青味,仲有椰肉,感覺幾好。佢哋嘅布丁燒係每日新鮮出爐,用焦糖、布丁漿同芝士蛋糕粉糊,放入模具,再用水浴法焗一個鐘。常溫可以擺兩個鐘,如果要過夜就放雪櫃。
