To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由一到餐廳到走都很差1)人手嚴重不足餐廳內只有兩名員工,想做死人咩,果兩名員工只可講英文,英文差啲真係溝通到唔使食。2)在門口等了一段時間先有人處理訂座安排坐位3)叫了個五人套餐湯律,湯份量少很可憐,五花腩焗飯真係中晒伏,Puzza還可以4)甜品係成晚做得最好晚一環5)Wine list殘殘舊舊啲字都甩晒色字體超細,有老花既唔使指意會睇得到,年青既我都係睇一半估一半6)啲櫈污穢漬很恐怖,望落似M漬其實依間餐廳環境都很好唯獨是一些管理欠缺方向浪費晒食身及地利環境。
