行過九龍城唔知食乜好,有朋友建議打冷,就去OpenRice睇吓附近有乜嘢打冷揀。平日七點幾都唔算多人,姐姐幫我地安排位置。可能冇乜人,餸都來得好快。嗌左幾個餸點評一下。滷水拼盤食潮州菜都要叫過滷水拼盤啦,中規中矩,入邊都有好多材料紅腸、滷豆腐、生腸、豬大腸等。個人覺得再濃味d會更好,會更加入味,但係勝在款式較多份量夠大,三個人食都食唔晒。豆卜芽菜呢款都係典型嘅潮州菜,芽菜爽口, 豆卜入味,用來做前菜都唔錯。好簡單嘅一碟餸,就係豆卜配芽菜。椒鹽豆腐椒鹽豆腐好多打冷舖都有嘅菜式,有了椒鹽,就算淡而無味的豆腐也變得好吃。豆腐切到細細粒,一口一啖,脆口夠味,唔錯!由於份量都好足,我哋就冇叫到飯啦。總體來講,佢個地方算大,服務質素可接受,喺九龍城食厭咗泰國菜都可以黎試吓潮州菜嘅。

食潮州菜都要叫過滷水拼盤啦,中規中矩,入邊都有好多材料紅腸、滷豆腐、生腸、豬大腸等。個人覺得再濃味d會更好,會更加入味,但係勝在款式較多份量夠大,三個人食都食唔晒。

椒鹽豆腐好多打冷舖都有嘅菜式,有了椒鹽,就算淡而無味的豆腐也變得好吃。豆腐切到細細粒,一口一啖,脆口夠味,唔錯!
