To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 5月14日12:15我和太座去完chruch後到這裡開飯。分別要了咖哩牛腩飯和北菇雞蒸飯。咖哩牛腩飯:保持水準,味香濃,牛腩淋,薯仔的天然甜味。菜和的份量過少。北菇雞蒸飯:太少,雞和菇各兩件,幸好冰鮮雞幾滑,飯熱。即磨齋咖:夠香濃。服務:表面已有改善,「個個好好口」,但收銀和水吧都在夢遊,收銀雞變排骨,水吧熱央變凍央。領導層問題更大,水吧哥哥見杯齋咖份量少,替我加多點,因咖啡機已set好份量,預留空間加奶。他的leader竟在我面前,叫哥哥以後不用這裡做。服務評分馬上從(+)變成(-)
