To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為廣東人，食慣中菜。呢間係正常，唔算有特別驚喜。餐廳名叫大都烤鴨，咁當然要叫下烤鴨。味道正常。但會期望間店鋪有烤鴨字眼響名，應該烤鴨係做得好出色。可能食過太多烤鴨，所以呢個無咩驚艷，係正常。反而佢d小點就有d surpirse到我。。。我習慣有成檯人既時候，會交比其他人點菜。所以我都唔知佢地叫既甜品係咩名。個樣係甜品黎，類似凍紅豆糕咁樣，點知食落係咸點TvT。。。有d朋友配搭埋蜜瓜食。唔算係我杯茶，不過有興趣既朋友可以try try
