To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久沒有到紫玉蘭吃完飯,今次我們一行七人,約在只玉蘭吃晚餐,希望可以吃到平日少人不能吃到的食物。入到餐廳,氣氛很好,有像在西餐廳吃燭光晚餐的感覺。紫玉蘭烤鴨這裡的烤鴨和平日傳統食法一樣,可以用薄餅包着蔥、青瓜和烤鴨一起吃外,這裏的還可以用芝麻葉包着牛油果蜜瓜一起吃,味道很清新,芝麻葉能夠緩和烤鴨的油膩感,是創新的吃法。脆煎灌湯小籠包小籠包裏面多湯汁,肉也很美味,再加上被煎脆後,很美味。黑魚子煙燻初生蛋黑魚子有濃濃的魚香味,流心蛋有煙燻的味道,此配搭好吃。另外我們還叫了京蔥炒牛肉、回鍋肉跟荷葉餅、糖醋小排骨、鮮茄蝦仁鍋巴,整體還是好吃的,可再來。
