To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身一直都食開呢間但啲嘢食同服務態度越嚟越差酸辣湯一次淡過一次豬大腸細件到夾起我都睇唔出佢係豬大腸 蘿蔔以前好入味 今日食有渣又五入味杯檸檬茶篤到檸檬爛晒都冇檸檬味又冇茶味好似加錢買咗杯糖水咁服務態度就更差我同佢講杯檸檬茶好甜想換過個杯佢語氣好差，問我有冇嗌走甜我冇嗌走甜 但我都唔係想飲杯淨糖水有個姐姐木無表情咁企喺度我餐飯食咗一個鐘都冇見佢郁兩下好似有個CCTV喺隔離望住你食野買單又係木目表情講咗句（218蚊）其實我都識睇，如果唔想出聲真係可以唔講嘢再上一次嗌咗個蒜泥白肉想走葱上到嚟都係有葱我同佢講，我要走蔥架喎佢話俾個碗我叫我自己撩返出嚟😂😂一句唔好意思都冇就咁行走咗老細可唔可以管理下自己啲員工？
