To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「富山麵家」為富山縣過江龍兼日本東京拉麵Show榮獲5年冠軍, 由多年前以卡通主題年代食過一次後, 事隔幾年, 今日再同朋友從遊舊地。跟當年相比, 店內現沒卡通主題, 卻保留著一點舊式風味嘅拉麵小店。主要供應數款湯底拉麵, 食材配搭大致相同。每碗拉麵均有兩個份量選擇, 標準同埋大滿足, 價錢唔會差太遠。黃金蟹糕牛奶沾麵: 牛奶沾麵汁中加入了牛油, 沾麵湯汁比較稀, 唔太做到掛汁效果, 將麵條浸於湯汁中夾起入口, 同平時食拉麵差不多。麵條QQ彈牙, 叉燒口感林滑, 有好淡嘅肉味, 沒有太明顯嘅油脂層, 感覺健康。鮮甜蟹柳絲絲散開, 配有流心蛋同埋粟米粒, 增加層次感。有一小束黃金蟹糕, 夾少少連麵條一齊食, 鮮味濃郁!北海道牛奶拉麵:牛奶味香滑幼滑, 同樣有流心蛋同埋粟米粒, 配搭京蔥, 增添一點香口。沾麵湯汁濃度比起拉麵湯底淡同埋稀, 而且兩款湯汁再熱D會更加好。富山雞翼: 雞翼輕輕炸過, 再平均沾上了香甜帶微酸嘅汁, 味道似係柚子醬, 炸皮完全索咗個汁, 依然有少少脆, 肉質滑同keep到肉汁。肉汁滿滿餃子: 餃子皮薄, 煎至微微脆身, 入面有少少豬肉碎做餡料, 點上餃子醋, 提升鮮
