To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次講講新加坡文華東方酒店，第二間喺香港開嘅 Chatterbox Cafe. 主打海南雞飯和喇沙。今次就試吓佢嘅海南雞，睇吓有幾出色。首先講講佢嘅擺盤， present得幾靚幾精緻。海南雞排得好靚。醬汁有三款：甜豉油、薑蓉、酸辣醬。飯係雞油飯。湯係一啲椰菜湯，有1件豆腐喺裏面。雞海南雞望落去好靚仔，色澤偏黃。咬落去口感偏林，冇乜嘢雞味。但勝在刀法好好，每一件嘅雞厚薄好均勻。雞髀雞胸大約各有五六件，份量適中。飯跟餐嘅係雞油飯，好香香料味，唔太油，冇落黃薑粉，唔會好似某啲餐廳嘅海南雞飯咁樣黄禽禽。醬料甜豉油甜豉油喺三款醬油之中我最喜愛的。豉油本身好厚身，甜度適中，好掛身。薑蓉薑蓉來講，比較失色。薑蓉切得好溶，浸喺油裏面，但一啲薑味都冇。甜酸醬甜酸醬又唔甜，又唔酸，又唔辣，麻麻哋。
