To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

山長水遠去到大館都想食完嘢先走，所以就去咗呢間餐廳呢間餐廳食物選擇唔算好多，反而飲品選擇就好多，叫咗個比較保險點樣煮都唔會太伏嘅黑松露意蘑菇忌廉意大利粉、芝士薯條同埋medium rare 嘅牛扒配薯蓉🎊黑松露蘑菇意大利粉好濃味，啲黑松露忌廉偏向厚身，令到每一條意大利麵都可以好容易就沾滿啲黑松露忌廉汁😛😛牛扒就唔算好突出，同埋啲薯蓉食到一半就好快凍咗，可能係天氣嘅關係薯條炸得比平時快餐店嗰啲好味，不過芝士就唔係拉絲嗰啲芝士😅😅
