To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我間學校係起油尖旺區嘅,今晚放學一於就約埋同學仔一齊去食餐高級晚餐,執行每星期happy friday 制度😝今日就去咗油麻地區嘅 “紅煮意”,門口非常之有格調,充滿着文青嘅感覺,後來才得知餐廳每逢星期六都會有樂隊表演,好可惜今次聽唔到了~今次我同同學仔分別就叫咗兩個Meal set來食,分別係:”炭燒美國草飼牛肉眼牛扒”和”炭燒紐西蘭西冷牛扒” 配上燒汁、芥末,依家等我逐一同大家介紹下Meal set首先會跟咗餐湯同埋餐包先嘅,餐湯係忌廉湯,味道一啲都唔似係罐頭湯味,反而有一種自家製嘅忌廉湯味道,粟米粒粒粒分明,湯鹹甜得宜,值得一讚。餐包就係蒜蓉包,咬落去非常脆口,證明呢間餐廳非常有心思,烤包時間啱啱好”炭燒美國草飼牛肉眼牛扒”:一想到碟我已經比扒嘅大小嚇親,足足有我哋塊面咁大呀,份量非常抵食,我就叫左八成熟,切落去感受到非常肉質鬆軟嘅感覺。放入口入邊之後忍唔住驚嘆咗一聲,肉眼牛扒肉質非常鮮嫩,咬落去鬆軟,入口即溶,肉汁帶着甜味,真係齒頰留香㗎。配合埋餐廳配上嘅燒汁同埋芥末更加別有一番風味。燒汁食落去非常嘢未味,芥末食落去爽口,加埋肉眼牛扒嘅甜美,三隻一齊食落去啖啖都係享受。而今次我

”炭燒美國草飼牛肉眼牛扒”:一想到碟我已經比扒嘅大小嚇親,足足有我哋塊面咁大呀,份量非常抵食,我就叫左八成熟,切落去感受到非常肉質鬆軟嘅感覺。放入口入邊之後忍唔住驚嘆咗一聲,肉眼牛扒肉質非常鮮嫩,咬落去鬆軟,入口即溶,肉汁帶着甜味,真係齒頰留香㗎。配合埋餐廳配上嘅燒汁同埋芥末更加別有一番風味。燒汁食落去非常嘢未味,芥末食落去爽口,加埋肉眼牛扒嘅甜美,三隻一齊食落去啖啖都係享受。而今次我就加配左薯蓉,薯蓉質地柔滑亦都挺身,配菜亦都十分新鮮,有蔬果嘅鮮味,值得一讚👍

”炭燒紐西蘭西冷牛扒” :西冷牛扒同肉眼牛扒最大嘅分別就係肉眼牛扒肉質較為細嫩和肉質偏甜 ; 相反,西冷牛扒相對厚身,咬落口入邊亦都十分鬆化,即使肉質厚都唔會有食肉嘅肥膩感,鹹度適中,烹調過後亦都唔會硬,每一刀切落去咬落去都有肉汁滲出,唔會過分乾身,非常享受。

餐飲就係萬年配搭:凍檸水與凍檸茶,簡單就是好了!

呢間西餐廳有文清氣息之餘亦都十分高級,咁又成為咗我美食指南入邊嘅其中一頁啦!🤤
