正好是放大假的日子,和親戚到大與山參拜大佛,品嘗一下齋菜。一行4人每位連參觀大佛和食齋菜每位60元!齋菜菜單如下:用脆漿包住D羅白絲油炸,好脆!裡面的羅白絲味道唔錯!冬菇好滑而且好入味,菜心就略為生佐少少!豆腐只是用了硬豆腐和少少辣,應該是豆板醬煮, 辣辣哋幾野味!裡面有生根、野菜花、磨菇片、炸豆腐等等! 用蠔油煮味道適中!這道菜就一般,味道就清清淡淡!合掌瓜紅羅白眉豆花生湯,估唔到冇肉的湯都幾好飲!一大煲! 食得肉多得閑食下齋菜清下腸胃其實都幾好!

[蘇炸羅白卷]用脆漿包住D羅白絲油炸,好脆!裡面的羅白絲味道唔錯!

[冬菇扒菜心]冬菇好滑而且好入味,菜心就略為生佐少少!

[栗米青豆燴豆腐]豆腐只是用了硬豆腐和少少辣,應該是豆板醬煮,
辣辣哋幾野味!

[羅漢炒上素]裡面有生根、野菜花、磨菇片、炸豆腐等等!
用蠔油煮味道適中!

[西析炒雜椒]這道菜就一般,味道就清清淡淡!

[例湯]合掌瓜紅羅白眉豆花生湯,估唔到冇肉的湯都幾好飲!

[白飯]一大煲!
