丸類都好多選擇, 有預製及手打類, 識得食當然會食手打啦, 價錢雖然有明顯分別, 但唔埋咁多啦, 呢客手打墨魚丸 ($88), 一客份量有10粒, 夾起放入湯底前已感到軟身, 食落口感超彈牙, 仲食到墨魚粒, 夠晒真材實料, 超好味!

見到出面門口既魚缸, 或多或少都暗示呢度既海鮮類應該都唔錯, 呢款紐西蘭紐刀貝 ($78/6隻)出面較少見, 每隻都肥嘟嘟, 我會起肉並且拉走條類似"腸"既物體再烚, 無需烚太耐, 肉質有咬口, 味道就類近普通貝類, 一試無妨!

雪白既野生竹笙 ($48), 食落當然爽脆, 而凍豆腐 ($28), 厚切成塊, 見到中間既孔就知有D料到, 本身係淡口無味既兩者, 索左湯底既就變身成鮮味尤物!
