最近中環L Place新開了一家高級日本餐廳,位於22樓。餐廳分開了兩個區域,分別提供鐵板燒和廚師發辦,鐵板燒區域裝修走型格路線,以黑色為主調,廚師發辦區域卻完全相反,以原木配搭杏色去營造出輕鬆乾淨的感覺,地方相當闊落。吧檯上再放了數隻達摩公仔,既可愛又為簡潔的佈置進行點亮色彩的感覺。午市Omakase提供16品料理,整個午餐以手掌般大的生蠔掀開序幕,料理中也有加入一點奢華元素,且讓我娓娓道來。Lunch Omakase|$1280/16品前菜三文魚子用柚子汁醃過湯葉茶碗蒸蟹肉茶碗蒸,蟹肉份量好多,蒸蛋好滑溜,加上金箔貴氣十足刺身鮫鰈魚刺身肉質爽口較實,酸汁加左少少辣椒,左邊是燒左既魚邊,配蔥食,超香魚油蠔配柚子鹽和酸汁啫喱,可另外青檸汁,雜味較少,味道清甜,金屬味不會太重,由於太大隻,師傅上菜前已將蠔一分為二,方便食用麥茶燻過嘅鏗魚,火灸完灑上蔥及芝麻,肉結實,味道香甜中拖羅經過12日低溫熟成,魚味較濃而且筋都軟晒,灑上岩鹽,另一塊用火燒,夾住山葵莖部既醬同紫蘇葉,經火炙後逼出油份,帶微微焦香,魚脂進一步融化口中,口感油潤一品料理當造子持魷魚,連子及鬚塞返入去,口感好特別,內有魷魚卵
