To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日終於同患有腎上線忽高忽低嘅腦細分手,咁高興就梗係食好啲~日本菜至頂級料理omakase!!!門口係密封式,所以私隱度超高。好正呀~~白梅貝,起初以為係翡翠螺,但螺殼係無咁綠,貨食落一啲都唔韌,仲有淡淡嘅鰹魚味。松葉蟹x地膚子x枝豆蓉撈埋嘅小食,地膚子帶一陣好微嘅藥膳味,枝豆味較寡,但有蟹肉嘅鮮,成個餸即時唔同晒。薄切左口魚蔥段卷,師傅準備咗塊迷你岩鹽板,上面刨咗啲柚子皮碎,食落清新。因為點咗岩鹽,所以唔需要點豉油,反而令到魚味更突出。海螺刺身,肥仔超鍾意食,不過平時會點啲豉油,今次唔洗點,因為醋味啫喱已經幾海螺嘅鮮味帶到頂點。而平政魚就比較和諧嘅一款魚,唔太肥,肉質較滑。鰤魚就肥啲爽口啲,食完之後口腔都會有陣魚香味。螢光魷魚,唔好睇佢細細件,佢嗰種魷魚嘅鮮味,真係震撼到爆炸,只可以講一定一定要食!幼切池魚,加上秘製醬汁同蔥,平時我唔太鍾意食蔥,今次仲要係生蔥,不過嚟到就試下啦,點知食落一啲都唔抗拒,原來靚嘅食材係差咁遠。火灸鯖魚,鯖魚同本身係比較濃味嘅魚,火灸後更加令魚嘅油份迫出嚟,赤睦魚油份較高,燒後嘅魚皮彈牙煙韌,兩款魚一啲都唔醒,應該話啲今晚食嘅所以魚生一啲都唔醒。拖羅刺身,
