趁聽日政府派消費劵, 但抗疫措施暫未放寬晚市堂食, 只好放工斬料返屋企加餸啦!穿過寶靈街小灘檔, 有間斬料燒味小店, 門市唔算光鮮, 兼冇華麗裝修, 但外賣基本上重點還是放於食物質素之中。門口睇價錢, 兼望下垂掛式燒味之際,即時有店員熱情步出款待, 推介我買咗兩款店方人氣燒味。燒鵝下庄 $130燒鵝皮燒得金黃, 賣相幾靚, 下庄有大大隻鵝髀, 沒有刻意調味醃製, 只有本身清清肉香, 肉質軟嫩, 更沒有多餘油層; 不過下庄就冇胸肉食, 主要食鵝皮為主, 油層比例偏厚, 還好冇鵝羶味。 另外再買咗 $50 叉燒特意叫師傅比半肥瘦叉燒, 反而叉燒相對有d驚喜! 肉質軟稔, 唔會太乾太硬, 而且叉燒沒有被過份燒焦, 再沾上微甜汁醬, 保留本身肉味。
