年初三赤口適逢情人節,去唔到親戚拜年,所以留左係屋企同屋企人食飯。到左屯門之後,媽咪話唔夠餸,叫我去樓下斬料加餸。估唔到年初三,呢間燒味店就已經開咗門做生意,所以拿拿臨斬左啲燒味返屋企加餸。係度等燒味期間,見到鋪頭有好多仲未燒好既燒鵝,估計呢度係一個自設工場,咁就可以因應客人既數量,而立即準備燒鵝嘅,咁樣可以保證燒鵝既味道同品質。返到屋企,打開個盒,啲燒味既香味已經飄出黎,同埋啲叉燒汁係分開上,咁就唔會令到啲叉燒浸得太耐,導致啲叉燒太鹹,很貼心。燒腩仔啲皮亦都好脆,好有驚喜。呢間燒味店啲燒味令我對燒味有另一嶄新嘅睇法

返到屋企,打開個盒,啲燒味既香味已經飄出黎,同埋啲叉燒汁係分開上,咁就唔會令到啲叉燒浸得太耐,導致啲叉燒太鹹,很貼心。
