熟識筆者的朋友都知我是個無飯煮婦,所以平日絕少會喺家中宴客,不過有時避無可避,最佳的解決辦法,當然就係斬料。之前有朋友幫襯過西九對面呢間叫「快靚正」嘅燒味粉麵茶餐廳,話佢嘅燒臘,水準唔錯,買外賣的人絡繹不絕,放工時間更會有長人龍來排隊「斬料加餸」,叫我經過開,不妨買嚟試下。店子位於深水埗基隆街 383-385 號地下,原來餐廳地方頗大,佔兩個鋪位。先看看近門口玻璃櫃吊掛住嘅燒臘,幾款色水都唔錯,尤其是燒鵝同叉燒,前者外皮泛紅、而後者亦帶有光澤,旁邊的燒腩仔,外皮更滿佈像芝麻的粒粒花紋,非常吸引,就一於買幾款返歸。先講下盒燒鵝 ($190/半隻),鵝皮色澤赤紅帶光澤,皮肉飽滿,入口酥香,油脂豐盈不膩。鵝肉食落有濃郁鵝味,肉質嫩滑,完全唔韌,而且腹內的香料味不會太搶風頭,恰如其分地將濃郁鵝香勾引出來,吃得人津津有味。燒 ($45/半斤),叉燒揀左半肥瘦,雖然有部份看起來仍屬偏瘦,幸好食落肉質鬆化軟腍帶蜜味,食得出並非雪藏貨,加上切得夠厚身,有口感,而且最開心就係有好幾件叉燒竟然有燶邊,多咗份焦香,用嚟送飯一流。至於燒腩仔 ($148/斤),外皮咬下脆卜卜,口感香脆鬆化,脂肪及瘦肉層層相間,

至於燒腩仔 ($148/斤),外皮咬下脆卜卜,口感香脆鬆化,脂肪及瘦肉層層相間,約有四至五層,而最底層就連骨。肉質方面,入口軟腍無渣,而且肥瘦均勻相稱,味亦醃得剛好,肉味偏甜唔太鹹,又唔油膩,食到肉香,令人回味。下次有機會要試下其他燒味。
