今天來到土瓜灣,順便斬料加餸帶回家與家人分享美食。今次的目標是滷水食物。~南薑雞(半隻)第一次吃這店的南薑雞,感覺不錯。據說南薑有食療効用,能祛風除濕、活血化瘀和改善敏感性體質,所以決定一試。個人認為南薑味道獨突,入口味道有點像沙薑,但更香濃一點,正合我的所好。雞肉和南薑蓉配合得宜,醃得入味的雞皮和雞肉都很嫩滑,入口爽而不膩,雞味濃郁。~滷水鴨 (半隻)半隻鴨的份量一點也不少,滿滿擠滿了整個膠盒。師傅刀工精巧,手起刀落,將鴨胸切成大細相約的鴨片,吃起來啖啖肉,鴨肉不會韌,帶著澧淡得宜的陳年滷水汁和香味,入口又香又滑,滋味十足。帶骨的鴨件完全不帶碎骨,沾上美味的滷水汁,絶對會是佐酒的好選擇。這店的食品製作用心,不論食味和賣相都有相當水準。大家對今晚的加餸大為讚賞,非常滿意。
