放假約咗朋友去葵涌飲茶,回程時路經石蔭路,醒起街角位有間「燒味滷師」,平時好少會嚟開呢頭,難得今日經過,一於過去買啲燒味返屋企今晚做餸。櫥窗入面掛滿了各式各樣嘅燒味,有貴妃雞、豉油雞、燒排骨、燒鴨,燒鵝,琳琅滿目,另外仲有唔少滷水同涼拌冷盤等供應,款款都好吸引。店舖入面設有自家工場,聽店員講,佢哋嘅燒味全部都係即場燒製,十分新鮮,絕對係斬料加餸嘅好選擇!樣樣都想食,心大心細,就一於買多兩三款返去,同屋企人一齊分享。至尊燒鵝 (下庄) $120:之前都喺其他「燒味滷師」分店買個燒鵝,知道佢嘅品質唔錯,所以今次亦二話不說再翻兜。果然冇令人失望,雖然拎到返屋企先食,但係外皮仍然好香口,鵝肉不韌,皮脆肉滑又多汁,吃得人津津有味。 燒味佬叉燒 $40:叉燒水準亦不俗,半肥瘦,肉質鬆軟又唔嚡口,咬下更帶油脂甘香,調味亦啱啱好,唔會過鹹或過甜,而且有幾件仲有燶邊添 👍👍另外盒沙薑鹽焗雞 $40 都好正,雞皮爽滑,雞肉幼嫩又有雞味,入口不肥不膩,咸香入味。睇得出師傅刀工唔錯,雞件斬得乾淨俐落。海蜇拼泰式鳳爪 $42:鳳爪用左秘製酸辣汁炮製,入口酸酸辣辣,加上鳳爪已作剔骨處理,啖啖都係肉,口感一流!海蜇

海蜇拼泰式鳳爪 $42:鳳爪用左秘製酸辣汁炮製,入口酸酸辣辣,加上鳳爪已作剔骨處理,啖啖都係肉,口感一流!海蜇粗幼度適中,入口爽脆彈牙,配埋面頭嘅芝麻一齊食,超惹味。
